  • HIPAA Desktop Reference. Wrote, designed, and built a training tool that gives customer call representatives instant information about recent legislative changes in the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act. It takes just one keystroke to bring the key data onscreen, which makes it easy for call reps to use this tool while they talk on the phone with a customer. 2006

  • SmartCare Retail System. Used Adobe Captivate to write, design, and program a Flash-based training system for call centers at WellPoint nextRx. This online training system comprises some 30 tutorials that students access through hierarchical menus. 2005

Designed, wrote, and produced a multimedia software demo advertising ATEasy electronics testing software from Geotest.

  • Programmed software simulations. Wrote the voice-over script, and supervised the recording session with a broadcast-quality announcer, edited sound using Audacity.

The Payroll Company. Created and designed a workstation for stockbrokers at ADP Corporation. Built a software prototype to demonstrate the graphical interface. Helped produce a 10-minute video with professional actors to show ADP management how stockbrokers might use such a system.
